Who We Are

Evan L. Loeffler is the principal at the law firm and has practiced law in Washington since 1994. He relies on extensive litigation experience and knowledge of the law to effectively represent tenants and landlords in Seattle and surrounding counties.

Evan Loeffler received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1994. He is the author of multiple landlord-tenant law sections in the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual, he frequently lectures on the subject of ethics and landlord-tenant law, and he teaches several CLE courses on landlord tenant law.

Evan Loeffler is peer-rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell for having the highest ethical standards and legal ability. He was named a "Washington Super Lawyer" by Washington Law and Politics Magazine, and Seattle Metropolitan Magazine named him a 2010 Top Lawyer.

Christopher D. Cutting joined the law firm in 2010 after completing a clerkship with Judge Marywave Van Deren of the Washington Court of Appeals. He received his law degree cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2009. During law school, Christopher was a Lead Articles Editor for the Seattle University Law Review and an extern for Judge Ronald B. Leighton of the United States District Court. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, double-majoring in Government and Classical Studies. More

Jeana K. Poloni joined the law firm in 2011 after working in the legal department for the City of Spokane Valley. She received her law degree Gonzaga University School of Law in 2010.

Christopher's practice emphasizes residential landlord-tenant litigation and civil motions practice. He uses his experience working and writing for local judges to frame cases in the best light for his clients. He has published articles on property law issues in both the Phoenix Law Review and the Seattle University Law Review.

Prior to entering private practice, Christopher honed his skills in landlord-tenant disputes as a volunteer for the King County Bar Association's Housing Justice Project and for the Legal Action Center. He has received a commendation from the Washington State Bar Association for his dedication to pro bono service every year he has been a member of the bar.
