Who We Are
Evan L. Loeffler is the principal at the law firm and has practiced law in Washington since 1994. He relies on extensive litigation experience and knowledge of the law to effectively represent tenants and landlords in Seattle and surrounding counties.
Evan Loeffler received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1994. He is the author of multiple landlord-tenant law sections in the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual, he frequently lectures on the subject of ethics and landlord-tenant law, and he teaches several CLE courses on landlord tenant law.
Evan Loeffler is peer-rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell for having the highest ethical standards and legal ability. He was named a "Washington Super Lawyer" by Washington Law and Politics Magazine, and Seattle Metropolitan Magazine named him a 2010 Top Lawyer.

Christopher D. Cutting joined the law firm in 2010 after completing a clerkship with Judge Marywave Van Deren of the Washington Court of Appeals. He received his law degree cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2009. During law school, Christopher was a Lead Articles Editor for the Seattle University Law Review and an extern for Judge Ronald B. Leighton of the United States District Court.
