Evan L. Loeffler is the principal at the law firm, has practiced law in Washington since 1994 and is the author of the recently published Real Estate Closing Deskbook, Third Edition. Evan Loeffler received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1994. He is the author of multiple landlord-tenant law sections in the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual, he frequently lectures on the subject of ethics and landlord-tenant law, and he teaches several CLE courses on landlord tenant law.

Christopher D. Cutting joined the law firm in 2010 after completing a clerkship with Judge Marywave Van Deren of the Washington Court of Appeals. Jeana K. Poloni joined the law firm in 2011 after working for the Office of the City Attorney in Spokane Valley, Washington.
