Evan Loeffler received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of
Law in 1994. He is the author of the chapter on landlord-tenant law and
the co-author of the chapter on mobile home landlord-tenant law in the
Washington Lawyers Practice Manual. He frequently lectures on the subject
of ethics and landlord-tenant law for realtors, lawyers, apartment owners
and tenants, and is on the faculty of several CLE programs including:
"Advanced Commercial Leases," "Evictions and Landlord/Tenant Law in
Washington," "Landlord and Tenant Law in Washington," and "Legal Ethics in
Washington."
Mr. Loeffler is very active within the legal community. He is peer-rated
"AV" by
Martindale-Hubbell
("V"= "Very High" on General Ethical Standards, and "A"= "Very High to
Preeminent" on Legal Ability) and was named a "Washington Super Lawyer" by
Washington Law and Politics Magazine in 2004. His associations and
